Green preparation and characterization of silver nanocolloids used as antibacterial material in soap

Abstract This study aimed to assess the characteristics, including morphology, physicochemical properties, and antibacterial of silver nanocolloids obtained by D-glucose reduction. Silver nanoparticles were synthesized in accordance with principles green chemistry using as a reductor. The nanostructures characterized UV–vis spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, dynamic light scattering. Stability tests performed after 1 month storage revealed that colloids prepared without polyvinylpyrrolidone stabilizer had same properties. Distribution was tested inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry doping into natural soap mass. activity containing on dirty hands. test demonstrated novel materials improved D-glucose-reduced possessed better properties than pure soap, thus, they could be recommended for quotidian use dermatological patients.
